Kannur varsity forms sports advisory committee

Kannur University has constituted a 22-member sports advisory committee comprising Olympians, international-level athletes, and experts to provide advice and support for the comprehensive development of sports activities at the varsity.

Olympian and former Indian hockey goalkeeper P.R. Sreejesh, former Indian footballer Mohammed Rafi, and woman cricketer Minnu Mani are among the members of the newly constituted committee.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. K.K. Saju is the chairman of the committee, while the university Registrar is the convener. Syndicate members Farhan Munderi, Premachandran Keezhoth, and R.K. Biju are also members of the committee.
