Surpur miniature painting artist Rehaman Patel of Kalaburagi has brought laurels to Karnataka by participating in the prestigious ‘Artists-in-Residence’ programme at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, where he showcased the rich artistic heritage of the Surpur school of painting.
