Kai Wun-Roy King storm into Korea Masters semis

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s month-old men’s doubles pair Tee Kai Wun-Yap Roy King stormed into the semi-finals of the Korea Masters after defeating compatriots Aaron Chia-Aaron Tai in straight games.
Kai Wun-Roy King, who are only playing in their third tournament together, won 21-12, 21-15 in just 28 minutes in their quarter-final match at the Yi Sun-sin Gymnasium in Asan, South Korea.
The duo were knocked out in the opening rounds of their previous two tournaments - the Taipei Open and China Masters. Chia-Tai were runners-up at last week’s Taipei Open.
