Juventus prepare to ditch scouting algorithms to put more faith in Italians

Giovanni Carnevali is overhauling how Juventus recruit, with the chief executive setting a clear new direction: fewer algorithms, more Italian players.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, via CalcioMercato , three targets are already being tracked ahead of next season. Cagliari midfielder Alessandro Romano, born in 2006, heads the list, alongside two players from Frosinone born in 2004, goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani and forward Antonio Raimondo , the latter owned by Bologna .
