Though the final price is $999,000 under the original asking price, it’s still $750,000 above what Brolin, 58, and his wife, Kathryn Boyd Brolin, 38, originally paid for the estate.Three listingsThe ‘Dune’ star’s house first went on the market on April 17 this year, according to a report by Realtor.com. Three days later, it disappeared. Later, the listing resurfaced on June 8 with a $249,000 reduction from the initial asking price, bringing the ask to $4.75 million.
