Jonathan Taylor and the Indianapolis Colts have agreed to a 2-year, $44 million contract extension , according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The deal can reach as high as $47 million based on incentives. Taylor, 27, is guaranteed $39 million.
Taylor, a three-time Pro Bowler and former rushing champion who led the NFL with 18 rushing touchdowns last season, was scheduled to play on the final season of a three-year, $42 million contract in 2026. Now he has his third contract with the franchise that will take him through the remainder of his prime.
Taylor has been one of the game's most productive players throughout his six-season NFL career. He led the league in rushing and rushing touchdowns in 2021 with 1,811 yards and 18 scores en route to first-team All-Pro honors.
