Joint taskforce captures Jay Jay Banda

A JOINT taskforce of state security agents on Wednesday captured fugitive former Petauke Central Member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda from Mozambique and managed to bring him into Zambia, impeccable sources have told News Diggers. The sources said Banda was captured in a small border town of Mozambique where he had set up a studio and conducting his business from. “He was captured somewhere around 19:00 hours yesterday [Wednesday].
