John Terry concedes defeat in Chelsea vs Arsenal fight

Former Chelsea player John Terry has publicly conceded that Arsenal is currently the superior team in the Premier League. Terry noted that despite Chelsea's recent managerial changes and high-profile signings, they lack the consistency required to challenge Arsenal.
Why it matters
Terry's assessment reflects the current competitive landscape of English football and the struggles of Chelsea to rebuild under new leadership.
John Terry believes Arsenal are clearly a better team than Chelsea at present, despite the arrival of Xabi Alonso and several expensive new signings.
Chelsea have struggled for consistency and relevance in recent seasons. During the summer, they appointed Alonso as manager and strengthened their squad with a number of big-money additions, including Morgan Rogers .
Those changes created excitement among Chelsea supporters, with some believing that the Blues could finish above Arsenal this season. Chelsea may enjoy a positive campaign if they can improve defensively, but Terry is not convinced that they are ready to surpass their London rivals.
When asked about Chelsea's chances of finishing above Arsenal, Terry insisted that the Gunners remain considerably stronger.
'Unfortunately, it's going to be Arsenal.
'We [Chelsea] had a good start and we gave you guys [Arsenal] a good game actually.
