Jesus Christ Superstar star Javon King makes the case for Judas

Judas Iscariot is marked in the history books as the world’s greatest betrayer. A man who sold his best friend’s life for money. A person whose very name is now synonymous with disloyalty and treachery of the highest order.

“I refuse to think that he’s a villain,” Javon King states firmly. As far as takes go, this one is piping hot.

When asked to explain the call, he answers in earnest, saying: “I genuinely believe that he was misunderstood,” before making a case for Judas’ redemption.
