The 41-year-old country music star, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord , reached a deal with his ex earlier this month, according to multiple US outlets. However, it’s reported the deal comes with one stipulation.

While details of the settlement between the exes remain confidential, court documents obtained by US outlets reveal DeFord will be paying a one-time lump sum to Bunnie, 46.
As the split was amicable, it appears to be staying that way. The agreement reportedly includes a provision prohibiting either party from “trash-talking” to the other, as per Page Six .
