Jane Street, the secretive trading quant firm, is hiring a "Swag Program Manager," with a base salary of $150,000 to $200,000, plus an annual bonus, according to a job posting . The well-compensated swag maestro will support the firm's recruiting and culture initiatives, the posting says, and contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategy. In the role, they'll help develop new products "that feel current and true to the brand," and manage vendor relationships.
