Jaishankar meets Rubio, conveys India’s concerns on Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act
External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, on Wednesday (September 23, 2026), conveyed India’s concerns about the Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act, during his meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly high-level week.

Mr. Jaishankar said that he discussed the situations in the West Asia and Ukraine with Mr. Rubio.
