Jaguar Type 01 unveiled: 1,016 hp electric GT with 643 km range
Jaguar has unveiled the Type 01, a new all-electric four-door grand tourer, which is the first production model to use the company's dedicated Jaguar Electric Architecture (JEA). It has been designed, engineered and crafted in the UK, with production set to begin in 2027 at JLR’s Solihull facility.The new model combines a low roofline, long bonnet, short front overhang and extended rear section with large 23-inch wheels. Jaguar says the design was developed from a blank sheet and refined in the wind tunnel.
