ISLAMABAD - Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Monday visited the Islamabad Expressway Service Road Project and reviewed the ongoing construction work. During the visit, the minister was briefed on the progress of the project and directed the authorities to speed up work and remove hurdles affecting its completion.
Mohsin Naqvi conducted a detailed inspection of the construction activities at the project site. He expressed displeasure over delays in the relocation of utilities, which have affected the pace of work on the project.

The Interior Minister directed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to immediately contact Sui Gas authorities to ensure the timely relocation of utilities. He stressed that the transfer of utilities should be carried out on an emergency basis so that construction work can continue without interruption.
