Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport suspended operations on Saturday afternoon after an attack killed 12 and left 309 people injured, Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation said.
Four Saudi citizens were among those killed in Saturday's attack, alongside eight foreign nationals including two from Bangladesh, and one each from the US, Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Syria, Palestine, Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation confirmed in an update on Sunday.
All flights were suspended at King Khalid International Airport following the attack, with disruption continuing into Sunday, with more than 81 per cent of flights showing as cancelled according to flight monitoring website Flightradar24.
