The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act has a new draft and is 47 hours and 45 minutes from its first cloture vote, probably. And no one can say with certainty if there's 60 votes for it.
This is almost the Clarity Act's last chance in 2026. The Senate only has so much floor time before the election, and it's got other issues to address. If the bill fails this week, or can't make it past the Senate this month, that all but assures that the bill won't become law this year.
