Iran will not fulfill its commitments in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) until the United States fulfills its side of the deal, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday.Baghaei added that US pressure has hindered Iran's efforts to reach an agreement with Oman on a joint mechanism to operate the Strait of Hormuz.The statement comes hours after both sides completed waves of strikes against each other's infrastructure early Monday morning.
