iQOO Neo11 Ultra and Z11S debut in China

iQOO has launched the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S smartphones in China, both featuring MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and high-capacity batteries. The devices offer distinct hardware specifications, including varying screen resolutions and camera setups, targeting different segments of the mobile market.

As expected , iQOO announced its Neo11 Ultra and Z11S in China today. Both phones come with MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and massive batteries while also boasting IP68/IP69 ingress protection.
Neo11 Ultra is equipped with the Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset, which is paired with iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip and up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Z11S gets the Dimensity 7500 paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
Both phones feature sizeable Si-C batteries with a 9,100mAh cell on the Neo 11 Ultra and an even larger 10,000mAh power pack on the Z11S. The Ultra gets speedier 100W wired charging while the Z11S is limited to 44W speeds.
Both phones carry 6.83-inch AMOLEDs with fast 144Hz refresh rates, but the Ultra features a higher 3,200×1,440px resolution while the Z11S comes with a 2,800×1,260px panel. Both phones get optical in-display fingerprint scanners.
