The Senate impeachment court canceled its Sept. 30 session to give the prosecution and defense panels time to prepare for marathon hearings from Oct. 1 to 15.
Court spokesperson Atty. Regie Tongol said the pause was intended to allow the parties to review voluminous financial records expected from the AMLC and Registers of Deeds.
Proceedings will resume on Oct. 1 at 10 a.m., with whole-day sessions scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. through Oct. 15.
