Impact of pharmaceutical care on medication-related problems among ambulatory cardiovascular disease patients in Southwest Ethiopia: a quasi-experimental study
A quasi-experimental study conducted in Southwest Ethiopia found that pharmacist-led pharmaceutical care significantly reduced medication-related problems in ambulatory cardiovascular patients. The intervention improved patient quality of life and lowered the incidence of drug-related complications.
