The Indian Institute of Management – Tiruchi (IIM-T) hosted an expanded version of its annual leadership conclave “Daksha 5.0” on Friday and Saturday, aimed at providing a platform for industry leaders, faculty members, researchers, doctoral scholars, and students to interact.

The conclave featured the inaugural Daksha Research Studio (DRS) on September 11, which brought industry and academia together to examine complex organisational challenges, followed by the conclave on September 12, centered on the theme “Back to Basics: The Long Game of Ethical Leadership.”

Saturday’s keynote speech was delivered by Mallikarjuna Reddy, managing director, De Beers India. Mr. Reddy highlighted communication, collective ownership, and responsible decision-making as essential to building organisations capable of sustaining themselves in his address.
