Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo Cause of Death: Did the influencer actually die from penis enlargement surgery?

Renowned influencer and businessman Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, known on social media as Denisi or Ego, died after undergoing a cosmetic penis enlargement procedure during a luxury vacation in Thailand with his wife. According to the coroner’s investigation, the procedure allegedly caused a fatal pulmonary embolism. The 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman received an injection of 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at an unidentified clinic in Thailand in March, according to details revealed during a hearing at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court. Ubiribo was staying at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, when, after the procedure, the couple went for a massage. During the session, the businessman began experiencing chest pain and fainted twice. He was rushed by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital, where he was initially still able to answer doctors’ questions.
