Two teenage boys have been charged with murder over the alleged mistaken-identity shooting of Marco Tapia in Sydney's south-west.
The boys, 14 and 16, are alleged to have staged vehicles and provided a weapon for the gunman.
Detective Superintendent Joe Doueihi says the alleged offenders were "very clumsy".
