Pakistan fast bowlers Mohammad Abbas and Khurram Shahzad have been sanctioned by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for separate breaches of the ICC Code of Conduct during the opening Test against the West Indies at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba.
