Business Insider's reporter took an overnight Amtrak train from Denver to Salt Lake City. Joey Hadden/Business Insider Would you rather spend 90 minutes in the air or 15 hours on the rails? I chose the latter when I hopped on an overnight train from Denver to Salt Lake City. Taking the long route didn't feel like a waste of time.
