I've been a consultant since the late '90s. I spent most of my career focused on the energy sector, but these days, AI has become a big topic of conversation. I joined Baringa in 2012 after stints at EY and Accenture because I wanted to work at a much smaller consultancy with a slightly more entrepreneurial flavor. I was elected managing partner in 2026. The role is effectively the same as being CEO. Baringa is fully owned by its partners. As the lead partner, I work with the rest of the partnership to set the business's direction and execute its strategy.
