I&PR Minister accuses YSRCP of trying to disturb peace

Housing and Information & Public Relations Minister Kolusu Parthasarathy on Monday accused the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) of attempting to create unrest in society and warned that the government would deal firmly with any such attempts.
Addressing the media at the TDP central office near Mangalagiri, Mr. Parthasarathy alleged that YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was encouraging party cadres to disturb peace and that the party leaders were deliberately raising various issues to put the government in the dock.
He said strict action would be taken against those indulging in activities that disturbed law and order, in accordance with the law.
The Minister alleged that the YSRCP leaders were acting at the behest of their party president. He said the people had voted the YSRCP out of power in 2024 because of its “destructive rule” and “vindictive politics”.
