Hyderabad’s KBR Park turns into traffic rotary as police implement one-way rule
Hyderabad traffic police have implemented a one-way traffic system around the KBR National Park to manage congestion caused by nearby infrastructure projects. The change has caused confusion among motorists and difficulty for pedestrians crossing the road.
The Kasu Brahmananda Reddy National Park in Hyderabad turned into a giant rotary for traffic on Tuesday (August 18, 2026) at 6 a.m. as the traffic police implemented a one-way vehicular flow on the six-lane stretch that girdles the park. Motorists on Road No. 3 from Banjara Hills travelling towards Jubilee Hills Checkpost had to compulsorily take a left turn near the traffic signal.
