Hyderabad–Mangaluru Weekly Express Special train service extended

South Central Railway has extended the service of the Hyderabad–Mangaluru Weekly Express Special train. The extension covers 12 additional trips in each direction, running from September through November 2026.
Why it matters
This extension ensures continued connectivity for passengers traveling between Telangana and coastal Karnataka during the specified period.
South Central Railway (SCR) has notified the continuation of Train Nos. 07097/07098 Hyderabad–Mangaluru Central–Hyderabad Weekly Special Express with existing stoppages and composition, and revised timings for Train No. 07098 at some stations.
Train No. 07097 Hyderabad–Mangaluru Central Weekly Express Special, earlier notified to run up to September 2, will now be extended from September 9 to November 25. Similarly, Train No. 07098 Mangaluru Central–Hyderabad Weekly Express Special, earlier notified to run up to September 3, will now be extended from September 10 to November 26. These trains will operate 12 trips in each direction during the extended period.
