Huawei is working on Tau Law-principled Kirin PC chipset
Huawei is reportedly developing a new PC chipset utilizing the 'Tau Scaling Law' to improve performance and efficiency by bypassing traditional lithography limits. This technology is expected to be integrated into future notebooks and potentially the Mate XT 2 smartphone.

Tau Scaling Law replaces traditional geometric transistor shrinking with time constant reduction as the core principle for microelectronic evolution. It can bypass lithography limits to increase performance, transistor density, and chip efficiency.
Previously leaked details hinted that Huawei is working on a fresh PC chip, which is probably a new version of the X90 series with an overclocked core configuration.
