How Uttarakhand construction workers can avail Rs 50,000 house loan

For construction workers, arranging the finances needed to purchase or build a house can be a significant challenge. To provide financial support for this purpose, the Uttarakhand government offers assistance to eligible registered construction workers through a loan at a minimal interest rate. The financial assistance for purchase or construction of house scheme is implemented by the Uttarakhand building and other construction workers welfare board (UKBOCWWB) under the Labour Department, government of Uttarakhand.Under the scheme, registered construction workers can receive an advance loan of up to Rs 50,000 for the purchase or construction of a house, subject to the conditions specified by the Board.
