House panel hearings on 2027 GAB finished on schedule

The House Appropriations Committee completed per‑agency hearings on the record P7.2‑trillion 2027 GAB on Sept. 8, following a motion by Senior Deputy Speaker Ferdinand Hernandez.

Chair Rep. Mika Suansing confirmed the timeline was met, keeping the measure on track for Oct. 9 passage on third reading.

The final hearings included DOLE and DSWD, with DOLE nearly deferred but ultimately concluded after eight hours.
