Hotel worker beaten to death in Madhapur; two arrested

A 32-year-old hotel worker was allegedly beaten to death by two men at a hotel in Madhapur late on Tuesday night over allegations that he had been harassing one of the accused’s daughter.
The deceased was identified as Senepalli Bhaskar, a native of Upparpalli village in Wardhannapet mandal of Warangal district. He was working at Sri Sri Suites (Noma) Hotel, opposite Image Garden Road in Madhapur, and was residing near his workplace.
According to the police, they received a Dial-100 call at around 11.47 pm on Tuesday reporting a disturbance at the hotel. On reaching the spot, officers found that Bhaskar had been assaulted by two men identified as Raju and his brother-in-law Kumaraswamy.
