Hotel industry expo in Chennai from October 1 to 3
The South India Hotels and Restaurants Association is hosting a three-day industry exhibition in Chennai starting October 1. The event will showcase new cooking technologies, sustainable fuel options, and ingredients for the hospitality sector.

The South India Hotels and Restaurants Association and the Tamilnadu Hotels Association will organise a three-day exhibition in Chennai from October 1 to 3, showcasing cooking equipment, raw materials, and green technologies for the hotel sector.
With more than 150 stalls, the event at Chennai Trade Fair Complex will bring under one roof global and Indian cooking equipment manufacturers and suppliers. It will also have exhibits of various ingredients used by restaurants and hotels. With fuel prices going up, the exhibition will have on display greener fuel options and green technologies.
Workshops will also be held on all three days, said D. Srinivasan, Managing Director of Sree Annapoorna Group, Coimbatore.
