Hospital holds awareness walkathon
Apollo Speciality Hospitals in Tiruchi held a walkathon themed 'Don't Miss A Beat' to promote cardiovascular health awareness for World Heart Day. The event saw participation from over 600 students and local police officials.

Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Tiruchi, organised a walkathon on Monday on the theme ‘Don’t Miss A Beat’ as part of an awareness programme to mark World Heart Day.
The walkathon, which commenced from Apollo City Centre, in Thillai Nagar and concluded at Uzhavar Sandhai, was flagged off by N. Kamini, Commissioner of Police, Tiruchi City.
V. Jayaraman, unit head and associate vice-president, Apollo Speciality Hospitals, Tiruchi, and Sreevidya, medical superintendent, were present.
The event highlighted the need for adopting a healthy lifestyle, particularly among the younger generation, to promote better cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
