Honor of Kings Marks Merdeka With Kisah Bawah Tanah, MKL Fall 2026 Officially Kicks Off
The mobile game Honor of Kings is celebrating the Malaysian Merdeka holiday with a collaboration featuring characters from the animated series Kisah Bawah Tanah. Additionally, the MKL Fall Season 2026 esports tournament has officially commenced with ten teams competing for a $60,000 prize pool.

Honor of Kings (HOK) is marking Merdeka with a collaboration featuring Kisah Bawah Tanah, a Malaysian animated series inspired by local and Southeast Asian folklore, alongside the return of the Malaysia Honor of Kings League (MKL) Fall Season 2026.
The folklore collaboration runs from 31 August to 10 September 2026, introducing characters inspired by ghosts and mythical creatures from the series into the game.
Created by Animasia Studio and Spaceboy Studios, Kisah Bawah Tanah is brought into HOK through a limited-time event featuring its cast of characters. Players can unlock two exclusive emotes (“Xtra Power” and “67”), five exclusive voice packs, one exclusive announcer pack, and an Epic Skin Selection Chest upon collecting all 20 collaboration characters.
