The Honor Magic9 Pro Max has seemingly been spotted in the Geekbench online database with the model number WKL-AN20. The Geekbench run reveals that it's powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset (though not which specific variant of it).

The prototype which ran the benchmark had 16GB of RAM and ran Android 17. So the Honor Magic9 Pro Max will launch running Android 17 most likely, but other RAM options may be available too. As for the results, keep in mind that this is a prototype device which may not contain finalized hardware and software, and also that it ran Geekbench 6.7.1 and not the latest Geekbench 7. The results are not cross-comparable between versions.
