Hong Kong's first screening tool to detect social frailty in seniors

Researchers at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University have developed the Social Frailty 10-Item (SF-10) screening tool to help frontline workers identify social isolation in seniors. This tool aims to shift elderly care toward prevention by addressing social well-being alongside physical health.
