Home Minister V. Anitha on Sunday expressed grief over the death of medical student M. Priyanka, who died at a private hospital in Hyderabad after she was injured in a hit-and-run accident in Rajamahendravaram on August 3.
Ms. Anitha said the government would stand by Priyanka’s family and extend all possible support to them during the difficult time.
In a statement, the Home Minister said Priyanka’s death was deeply distressing and conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
