Centurion University of Technology and Management Vice-Chancellor P.K. Mohanty on Wednesday said that hobbies such as stamp collection, painting, dancing, music and others would help children to think innovatively and enhance their knowledge in different domains.
He inaugurated Stamps-Coins-Notes Exhibition organised by Rotary Club in Vizianagaram on Wednesday as part of its Nav Karan Youth activities.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that such exhibitions would motivate children and persons of all age groups to adopt new hobbies and utilise their free time with a purpose. He congratulated Rotary Club president Nirmal Kumar Jain, organisers of the event P. Krishna, Kapuganti Ravi and Lalit Bachawat for including the exhibition in their month long youth activities.
