LUDHIANA: Former sarpanch of village Mannewal was shot dead by some unidentified bikers near Ladhowal Bypass on Saturday late evening.The victim Navjeet Singh Neetu, 57, was driving his Toyota Innova car back home in Krishna Nagar when the incident occurred.The Dashcam of his car captured the entire incident which the police seized.It is said that Neetu had gone to visit his land in village Mannewal as per his daily routine.At night when he was returning a bike borne masked assailants fired multiple gunshots at his car.
