A 35-year-old history-sheeter was found dead on a railway track near Edamalaipatti Pudur in Tiruchi on Tuesday.
The police identified the deceased as Abuthahir of Edamalaipatti Pudur. According to the police, Abuthahir was suspected to have been stabbed to death. His body was retrieved from the railway track and sent to Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital for postmortem.
