Hinduja Tech names Faiz Ahmad as CEO

Hinduja Tech Ltd. has appointed Faiz Ahmad as its new CEO, effective November 1, 2026. He succeeds Kumar Prabhas, who is retiring after nine years of leading the company through significant international expansion and acquisitions.

Hinduja Tech Ltd., the mobility-focused engineering and R&D technology company, has appointed Faiz Ahmad as its Chief Executive Officer with effect from November 1, 2026.
Mr. Ahmad will succeed Kumar Prabhas, who will retire as CEO on October 31 after nine years at the helm, the company, a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, said in a press release.
Mr. Ahmad has been with the broader Hinduja Group ecosystem for nearly two decades. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Vehicle Engineering & Development at Hinduja Tech.
During Mr. Prabhas’ tenure, the company said it expanded its international footprint, strengthened customer partnerships and completed acquisitions including DSD and Tecosim.
