A charge document reveals he is facing multiple counts of fraud over $5,000, and theft over $5,000.
According to the document sworn on Thursday, multiple charges relate to alleged fraud and stealing from investors of multiple property development projects.
Those include the Azura, Queen's Park and Sahara development projects.
The alleged offences occurred between Jan. 13, 2017, and Oct. 31, 2024, according to the document, with Sarabjit Singh Gill listed as a co-defendant.
Dosanjh is seen during an interview with CBC Radio in May 2026, speaking in his role as founder of the KidsPlay youth outreach charity. (CBC) According to B.C. Supreme Court documents, the two men are listed as partners in multiple property development ventures, which have been the subject of multiple civil lawsuits.
The two have denied all wrongdoing in those cases.
