The ISKCON Heritage Fest 2026, which began in Hubballi on Tuesday, is witnessing enthusiastic participation with over 1,500 schoolchildren participating in various cultural and literary competitions being held on the ISKCON temple premises on the second day on Wednesday.

The day began with a colouring competition for LKG and UKG students, in which over 400 children participated. The children coloured Krishna-themed pictures as part of the initiative aimed at encouraging creativity and introducing them to Indian cultural traditions.

As many as 280 students from Classes 3 to 6 participated in a group vocal music competition and rendered devotional compositions by Karnataka’s Dasa saints, Mirabai and other devotees. The competition was organised with an objective of promoting Indian classical music.

The group classical dance competition for students of Classes 7 to 10 saw the participation of 150 students. Their performances drew appreciation from the audience.
