NEW DELHI: Delhi- woke up to heavy rain on Tuesday, bringing some relief from the humid weather but also triggering waterlogging and traffic snarls at several locationsA traffic snarl was reported on NH-8 in the Shankar Vihar area, while waterlogging was reported at Pandav Nagar Underpass and R/A Murga Mandi, where dewatering is in progress.Traffic personnel have been deployed at the affected locations, and commuters have been advised to drive cautiously and follow their directions.
