If you’ve spent time scrolling lately, chances are you’ve encountered her.
Heatha Edwards has been selling homes in Hawke’s Bay for more than three decades. Online she’s best known as “Heatha from Harcourts”.
But recently, her property videos have racked up millions of views, earned coverage on international news programmes and inspired countless social media parodies, with fans repeating her trademark lines: “Hi, Heatha from Harcourts here”, “Oooh look at it” and “It’s neat, it’s sweet, and it’s easy to heat”.
Edwards has no idea what the fuss is about.
“I love being in a small town. I love my team that I work with. I put the fun in dysfunctional,” she says.
