Health Minister briefly stuck in lift at Erode Collectorate
Tamil Nadu Health Minister K.G. Arunraj was briefly trapped in a lift at the Erode Collectorate building. He was eventually able to exit and attend a scheduled video conference with the Chief Minister.

Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare K.G. Arunraj was briefly stuck in a lift at the Erode Collectorate on Monday (September 21).
Mr. Arunraj, accompanied by District Revenue Officer S. Santhakumar and security personnel, was on his way to attend a video conference with Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay. The conference was scheduled to be held on the first floor of the old Collectorate building.
As a number of people had gathered near the lift in the old building, the Minister was taken to the new Collectorate building. Mr. Arunraj, Mr. Santhakumar and the security personnel entered the lift to reach the second floor and then take the staircase to the conference hall.
