Source: Ken Mürk/ERR News Collective‑agreement negotiations in the health‑care sector ended without results, and the health‑care worker unions will turn to the national conciliator to resolve the labor dispute that has arisen.

The appeal has been signed by the Nurses Union, the Health‑Care Workers' Professional Union, the Doctors' Union, the Clinical Psychologists' and Clinical Speech Therapists' Professional Union, and the Physiotherapists' Union. Their aim was to obtain, for the next two years, a minimum wage increase faster than the Estonian average.
