Swift response from a head constable attached to the Chandur police station in Nalgonda district helped save a man’s life following a call to Dial 100 about a domestic dispute.
According to the police, Head Constable Adimulam Srinivas received information about a quarrel between a couple in Udatalapalli village and rushed to the spot, reaching the house within five minutes.
On entering the house, the officer found the man in a life-threatening situation. Recognising the urgency, Srinivas forced open the door, rescued the victim, administered first aid, including CPR, and arranged for his immediate transport to a hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.
